Making Life Easier is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year.

It provides advice on a wide variety of health conditions and aspects of healthy living, supporting people to make informed decisions on changes to improve their health and wellbeing.

The website has information on local support groups and activities in the community. Local self-help groups and national organisations can offer support to people who live with long term conditions or disability.

People who complete an assessment will have direct access to support and services including equipment, available for long term loan.

There is no registration required to access the information or advice and other services. Just visit the website, click into the local information or Keeping Healthy and Safe sections.
